Four linked new build 8 storey blocks of high quality apartments and penthouses for private sale.
The complex site had a vast podium slab pre-completed for the five phases. Network rail lines tight to the site required extensive pre-construction engagement. Wates employed a strategy of high pre-fabrication (including riser modules, bathroom pods, unitised cladding) to gain quality and programme benefit, plus strong client team collaboration added early works for subsequent phases.
