Hoardfast® is hired for site use and re-used multiple times (unlike traditional plywood or plasterboard walls). Fully end-to-end recycled, the panels are received back by Westgate Global at the end of their usable life and are crushed to pellets for recycling.

This is a highly sustainable product and will assist the journey to Net Zero by omitting the need for plywood / MDF / Plasterboard – and, most importantly, the waste and disposal and landfill associated with these items – from the process of setting up sites. Hoardfast uPVC is a quick-to-install internal hoarding system used during fit out, refurbishment and construction projects.

Tongue and groove connections and seamless join allow for quick and non-disruptive installation/demount. Various panel types, heights and support options are available from large UK stocks with express delivery from a trusted supplier. Our innovative system can quickly create site accommodation including offices and welfare facilities (toilets, prayer rooms, canteens etc), create a fire break (for example use around lift shafts), reduce dust spread and noise transmission, as well as display branded or instructional graphics. The Hoardfast internal hoarding system is modular, relocatable and reusable across phased projects or multiple projects.

The range also contains 60-minute fire rated and sound reduction panels which can also be reused across project phases and recycled at end of life. Our smart looking modular walling is widely used to create internal office and welfare spaces (including canteens and toilet blocks) to keep workers accommodation located within the same site building. It can also be used to create client walkways for safe passage when projects occur in a live operational environment or during phased handovers.

The tongue and groove connection ensures a tight seal for noise, contamination and dust spread prevention, improving safety as a screen between the public and works in live environments. The panels are manufactured from 85% recycled materials and also recycled at end of life saving tonnes of waste going to landfill every year!
