27 years with Wates working in all aspects of the Built Environment. Steve has been a WPS Board member for 17 years, a large part of this being focussed on delivering our Social Housing Retrofit works.
Steve leads our work with Decarbonisation. Over the last 2 years has supported clients receiving over £100m of funding from the government to deliver fabric first and renewable works to social housing.
His main focus is to ensure our clients receive the quality services they require and evolve these services to meet the future needs of evolving building management and use.
