With sustainability creeping up the business agenda, Antony took some time to talk to FMUK about what he expects to see from the industry in 2023 and the role that FM will play in the journey to net zero.
The use of data and technology in compliance is on the rise, allowing businesses to optimise their buildings to run more efficiently. Collaboration is also key. Having an FM partner, not just a provider, allows for a working relationship where improvements can be jointly identified.
